3DVista Private Branded Viewer Customization License Agreement

     

    This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the customer ("Licensee") and 3DVista, regarding the customization of the 3DVista Viewer’s right-click menu through the Private Branded Viewer service.

    1. Service Description
      Upon receipt of valid customization details, 3DVista will deliver a customized version of the 3DVista Viewer within 3 working days. This customized viewer will display the Licensee's brand name in place of the default "Player version" line in the right-click menu and will link that menu item to the Licensee’s URL.
    2. Customization Requirements
      The Licensee must provide:
    • A specific brand name.
    • A valid and unique URL that links directly to the Licensee's company or personal website.

    The provided information must not:

    • Be generic or potentially applicable to other users.
    • Suggest ownership or development rights over 3DVista’s technology.

    3DVista reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet these criteria. In such cases, the Licensee must submit new, compliant information.

    1. Delivery Timeframe
      Upon approval of valid information, 3DVista commits to delivering the customized viewer within 3 working days.
    2. Scope and Completion of Service
      The service is considered complete once the customized viewer is delivered to the Licensee. Any future requests to change the brand name or URL in the viewer will require a new service request and associated payment.
    3. Ownership and Use
      3DVista retains all rights, title, and interest in the 3DVista software and viewer, including the customized version. The customization does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Licensee.
    4. Limitations of Liability
      3DVista shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the customized viewer.
    5. Governing Law
      This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain.

    By purchasing and using the Private Branded Viewer service, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
