My tours are not working on the Pico VR App. It just shows a screen that alternates between dark and light gray. What should I do?

If your tours are not displaying correctly through the Pico app, the most likely cause is that you are using the wrong version of the VR App. For Pico devices, we have two different apps: 

• For Pico G2 4K, you need to download this APK: https://download.3dvista.com/vrapp/vrapp-3dvista-pico.apk 
• For Pico Neo 3, Pico 4, and Pico G2, you should use this one: https://download.3dvista.com/vrapp/vrapp-3dvista-picoxr.apk
