The New American Home 2016, designed and built by Element Building Company, is the 33rd edition of this cutting-edge concept home.

This tour shows the main trends in the construction sector. Through this "model" house, the main manufacturers present their best products and novelties, applied directly to a real example.

The virtual tour takes a tour of the entire house, being able to contemplate it from all its angles and interior spaces. At the same time, it is full of hotspots with information windows on each construction element, materials, decoration, appliances, etc. showing its characteristics, manufacturer's name, detail photos, etc.

The tour also consists of an extensive gallery of high-quality photos of the most outstanding details of the house, shown in full screen.

We also have different ways of accessing all the rooms, through a large list of miniatures, or with a floorplan of different levels in which the different floors that make up the house are collected through a drop-down menu.

The skin, with a minimalist design, has small stickers that place us in space, and a slight lower button to access the different options. It is designed to work on both desktop devices and mobile phones or tablets.

Information windows are predesigned popup images that include photo and text in the same layout.

The panoramas were made using a Canon 7D DSLR camera and fisheye lens and later stiched with 3DVista Stitcher and retouched with different editing software. The detail photos were sent by the client himself.

The tour allows you to activate the VR mode and be able to enjoy your tour using VR glasses from the main manufacturers or a simple Cardboard and your mobile. The immersive experience is spectacular in both cases.
