A virtual tour of this New York apartment, located in the heart of Manhattan. The large windows allow you to see some of the most famous buildings in the city, such as the Chrysler Building, MetLife, or the Empire State Building from the terrace.

As a project for sale by a famous real estate company, the tour allows a very realistic virtual visit, being able to be located in all the rooms, get an idea of ​​its dimensions, views it offers, etc. And together with the possibility of seeing it in VR, it makes this experience something much more experiential. Potential buyers will be able to "feel" what it would be like to inhabit it.

As additional material, we have an information window, as if it were a real estate brochure, where you can see all the details of the apartment and the contact of the real estate agent. An interactive map connected to google maps to know the exact location. A list of panoramas and a floorplan for direct access to each room. And a complete full-screen photoalbum with photographs of the building.

The chosen skin is a modified variant of one of the classic pre-made skins that come for free in the program. And stickers and custom position hotspots have been added for this tour. The information window is also a specific design created externally and included in the program.

The panoramas were taken with a Canon 7D with a fisheye lens and later stiched with the 3DVista Stitcher. The detail photographs were provided by the client.
