1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:

Personal Information. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register for an account or license, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site and through our app (including but not limited to when you upload, download, collaborate on or share Content). Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, but that may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Content. We collect and store Content that you create, input, submit, post, upload, transmit, store or display in the process of using our Services. Some Services, such as apps, will ask for permission of access to information, files and applications stored on your mobile device, in particular:

Other submissions: We collect other data that you submit to our Websites or as you participate in any interactive features of our Services, request customer support, communicate with us via third party social media sites or otherwise communicate with us.

Services. When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your files (including photos and structured data) and information related to them (for example, location tags in photos).

Usage. We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of computer, browser and device you use, operating system and Internet Service Providers utilized, as well as other similar information. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.

Cookies. We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services.

Google Analytics. We analyse the behaviour of the users in order to further optimize our services. These evaluations are carried out pseudonymized, i.e. the name and other identification features will be substituted by an identifier with the purpose to prevent the identification of a specific individual or to render such identification substantially difficult. For statistical analysis we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by the Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and permit an analysis of your use of our website and online services.

Google Adsense. Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html
