Can I preset a specific path with waypoints in my panorama in order to have an auto-guided visit?

Yes. In order to do so go to the path tab and define the waypoints that you want your guided visit to have. Add actions to these waypoints if you want them to be interactive. You can add the exact same actions as to a regular hotspot (show pictures, play music, play video, open URL, display info, tool tip etc.).
