How can I hide the Notes Icon from the start? And use my own icon?

It is common to want to use your own icon to launch the Notes service, and even want to hide and show it using some other button. In such cases, the default Notes icon may still be displayed. To fix this, If your icon/button is in push mode, it is automatically shown/hidden. If you want to hide it, you have to put your own button inside a container of the skin and hide the container.
